Abstract:
CGD's Diversity Policy, approved in 2019, is of a corporate nature and establishes the applicable principles in terms of diversity for CGD employees, as well as the objectives and goals of balanced representation between women and men in the management and supervisory bodies. The approach of the company includes the collaboration and articulation with the Trade Union Commission of the Company, guaranteeing the principles contained in the Women’s Empowerment Principles, promoting the objectives of the Portuguese Charter for Diversity. The Annual Plan objectives integrates measures that enhance innovation, attraction, retention, promotion of talent and diverse competences, representing added value, by enriching social and economic conditions, improving efficiency and competitiveness. The target groups are: Senior Management Men and Women The envisaged outputs are greater equality between men and women in Management and Management positions (35% of women according with law nº62/2017
