To support women’s professional growth and ensure their progression into top leadership positions, Air France has implemented several coaching and mentorship programs designed to cultivate female talent and strengthen gender equality across all levels of the organization. As of today, Air France has made significant strides toward achieving gender diversity in leadership, with 35.5% of women in management among ground staff, 55.5% women on the Board of Directors, and 28.6% women on the Executive Committee. These figures underscore the company’s commitment to building a diverse and inclusive leadership structure. Key Initiatives and Achievements: Gender Parity Goals: Air France has set clear targets to ensure female representation in leadership, aiming for 35% on management committees by 2027 and 40% by 2030. These goals are supported by strategic measures to provide women with the opportunities and support needed to reach top leadership positions.
