Abstract:
The Montepio Bank , through the Sustainability Plan, aims to promote the values of equality, diversity and inclusion, which are pillars at Banco Montepio, manifesting themselves in its various aspects, where gender is the most visible. This promotion goes far beyond principles and intentions, being put into practice daily, in the organization's policies, actions and experiences. An example of this is Banco Montepio's new board of directors, which has a more significant female presence than men. There are seven women in 12 elements.
