    Women in Digital Initiatives Luxembourg Asbl was set as a non-profit organisation initiated in Luxembourg in 2013 and officially founded in 2014, currently acting as WIDE&Co (Women in Digital Empowerment). Since 2022, WIDE has extended it’s scope by becoming a social enterprise (S.I.S.), WIDE ANDCO which is offering training and services in the fields of digital skills, gender equality and entrepreneurship. It's mission is to close the gap gender in the field of ICT in Luxembourg and encourage more women to seize the opportunities created by the digital economy and society. Since 2022, WIDE has extended it’s scope and is also a social enterprise (S.I.S) offering training and services in field of digital skills, gender equality and entrepreneurship (WIDE ANDCO S.I.S). The target groups are: Girls and Women of Luxembourg. WIDE is also participating in severla Europena projects, namely Bridging the Ga, Move it Forward and Head Start, all of them aimimg to develop essential skills and tools to contribute to give women the confidence and competence necessary for thriving careers in AI and digital environments. This association connects to the PROPEGE domain of economic power by offering a range of programs and services, including training, mentoring, and networking events, to help women develop the skills and networks they need to succeed in leadership roles in the digital economy. Particularly through Services WIDE ANDCO SARL-S, develops training in the field of digital skills (especially coding) for adults and kids and programs in the field of gender equality and women leadership are implemented.
