  • Abstract:

    With its “Government Programme for the Harmonisation of Laws”, Slovenia began adapting its legislation to that of the EU. On the basis of the Principle of Equal Treatment the Government of the Republic of Slovenia Rules of Procedure adopted a decision on the establishment, composition, organisation and tasks of the Council of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for the Implementation of the Principle of Equal Treatment. The main target groups of this inititiave are women. Implementation of the Principle of Equal Treatment is important for the digital empowerment and capacity building of women taking leadership roles.
