Abstract:

The paper deals with the issue of gender stereotypes in Slovakia. Gender stereotypes: About the structure and functioning of gender stereotypes or why it is important to distinguish between the terms gender and gender. The main target groups of this inititiave are women. Implementation of the Principle of Equal Treatment is important for the digital empowerment and capacity building of women taking leadership roles. The intervention has some foundation on research.
