Abstract:
The paper deals with the issue of gender equality in Slovak legislation. The issue of gender equality is one of the most important and at the same time the most complicated areas of European labor and social law. „Constitutionalization and legislation in SR conditions as Art. of the EU state with regard to formation of the rule of law and legal practice" at the Institute of State and Law of the Slovak Republic. The main target groups of this inititiave are women. Implementation of the Principle of Equal Treatment is important for the digital empowerment and capacity building of women taking leadership roles. The intervention has some foundation on research.
