Abstract:
The Future Female Leaders (FFL) Programme is designed to support and accelerate the career progression of ambitious and talented women aiming to reach top positions in their organizations, whether in the profit or non-profit sectors. The programme offers a comprehensive set of training options, providing participants with essential skills, insights, and mentorship to thrive in leadership roles. It focuses on strengthening personal effectiveness, resilience, and creativity, enabling women to navigate complex organizational environments and build strong leadership profiles. 1. The Basic Programme The Basic Programme is tailored for young women with high potential who aspire to leadership positions. This programme enhances participants' leadership skills by helping them become more versatile, strategic, and confident. They learn to understand different corporate cultures, the unwritten rules of influence and profiling, and how to adapt and succeed in competitive environments early in their careers. Participants are assigned a practical mentor who guides them through their development process, offering feedback on development plans and discussing practical assignments, internships, and other opportunities for growth. The programme equips them with the tools to build a solid foundation for future leadership roles. Follow-up and Maintenance Programme Participants who complete the Basic Programme or the 35+ Programme can join a follow-up programme that includes bi-monthly intervision meetings. These sessions, facilitated by a coach, allow participants to continue their development through peer learning and reflection, ensuring sustained growth and reinforcement of the skills gained. 2. Individual Tasting The Individual Tasting is a two-day intensive and inspiring programme designed for women interested in exploring their leadership potential. This "taster" introduces participants to key elements of the FFL Programme, offering a condensed but impactful experience. The programme is ideal for women seeking personal growth in leadership but who may not yet be ready for the full programme. It covers various leadership principles and encourages participants to reflect on their own ambitions and personal development. 3. Advanced 35+ Programme The Advanced 35+ Programme is specifically designed for women aged 35 and over who are committed to continuing their leadership development. This programme focuses on helping women enhance their leadership roles and positions by making them more effective, visible, and impactful in their organizations. Participants explore advanced leadership concepts and strategies over the course of five months, with one full-day session per month. The programme is intimate, with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 participants, ensuring personalized attention and a collaborative learning environment. Participants gain insights into how to navigate leadership challenges, build influence, and strengthen their personal leadership style. Follow-up and Maintenance Programme Similar to the Basic Programme, those who complete the Advanced 35+ Programme can participate in the bi-monthly follow-up intervision meetings, facilitated by a coach. These sessions provide ongoing support, allowing participants to continuously refine their leadership skills and share experiences with peers. By offering tailored programmes for different stages of a woman’s career, from young professionals to more experienced leaders, the Future Female Leaders Programme empowers women to develop the skills, confidence, and networks necessary for long-term leadership success. The combination of mentorship, practical assignments, peer learning, and structured follow-up ensures that participants are well-equipped to achieve their leadership goals and make a lasting impact in their organizations.
