Abstract:
This project focus on the management functions of the public administration: the ratio of women and men, and in case of disparity; the systemic causes for evident inequalities, to improve administration and optimize public administration processes about gender equality. It presented proposals for solutions as the recommendations for improved systems and optimized processes in central and local public administration and state-owned companies, with regard to gender equality.
