Abstract:

Evaluation conducted between Sept ‘21- Feb ‘22 by IOD PARC. The main objective was to assess the the programme that aimed to kick-start structural transformation in gender relations in institutions at the levels of the household, community, economy and governance, and to work towards a better enabling environment of standards, laws and policies.The evaluation aims to analyze to what extent the strategies and objectives have been achieved, as well as to identify good practices, lessons learnt and recommendations for the development of future policies and programming. The Report was prepared by the International Organisation Development Ltd (IOD) PARC for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
