Abstract:
The key objectives of the Stratégia rodovej rovnosti 2020 - 2025 in Slovakia are achieving equal participation in various sectors of the economy, eliminating differences in access to gender and achieving a balance between men and women in the decision-making process and in politics. The strategy follows a dual approach to the implementation of gender equality in combination with targeted measures, and cross-cutting implementation is the horizontal principle of its implementation. The main target groups of this inititiave are women. Implementation of the Stratégia rodovej rovnosti is important for the capacity building of women taking leadership roles.
