Abstract:
The Mothers in Action Slovenia was an activity of the Mother Nature Project (co-funded by the European Union) with the objective of EMPOWERING MOTHERS AS NATURAL LEADERS. With the duration of one week, it was held in 2023. The program was focused on Slovenian women personal leadership and its insertion into the Slovenian communities, namely incresing leadership, design and nature connection skills.. This Mother Nature training program empowered women to practice their own responses that feel meaningful and inspired a sense of contribution and interconnection by using the Mother Nature tools for the development of women leadership.
