Abstract:

Reviewing the activities of the Office of the Equal Opportunities Ombudsperson in the past decade as well as its objectives of and results achieved. It also sought to answer the question as to what the future role of the Lithuanian national equality body could and should be. Discussions: Equalize knowledge, Localize, Explain complexity of the issue, Provide a space to reflect in groups and share thoughts. The iniciatives: "Inconvenient Films" is important for the capacity building of women taking leadership roles.
