Abstract:
The aims of the training course is to empower young women to become independent, to promote their equal participation, to stand up of their rights, to take the leadership and develop entrepreneurial competences, support self-employment, self-realization, to acquire skills and abilities that can be apply in business management. It thus relates to the domains of economic and social power of women. The partner organizations organized 2 Youth Mobility Activities (A1) Training course 05- 13 October, 2019 Germany and (A2) Seminar 1-5 December, 2019 Germany in order to achieve the aims and objective of the project. The aims of the training course is to train youth workers involved in formal and non-formal education to developing their personal and professional skills on gender equality , develop their entrepreneurial competences in order to apply learning outcomes in their professional work in their organizations and countries, the participants will find out the needs of disadvantaged Young Women in different countries, they will explore entrepreneurship and identify the barriers leading to young women unemployment in different countries, learn, share and develop tools, resources and methods in order to encourage and prepare young people and specially young women to engage in entrepreneurial activities and entrepreneurial learning; the participants will discover the value of the Erasmus+ Programme as a tool for empowerment, employability and entrepreneurship. The aim of the Seminar is to give a space to youth workers to promote their initiatives which they’re already done or which they will do.
