"Moterųokominis įgalinimas: lygios galimybės darbopasaulyje" ("Women's Economic Empowerment: Creating Equal Opportunities in the World of Work"). The conference was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs together with the Ministry of Social Security and Labor and Mykolas Romeris University. The patron of the conference - President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė. The partners of the event - European Institute for Gender Equality and the Association of Business Women. Creating opportunities in purpose establishing useful contacts were established with women's organizations.
