Abstract:

Initiative SOS Help-line for Women and Children Victims of Violence: This organization provides crisis support and counseling for survivors of gender-based violence in Slovenia. The organization also works to raise awareness of gender-based violence and advocates for policies and laws that protect survivors. The Association SOS Helpline for Women and Children Victims of Violence from Ljubljana, Slovenia followed up the line of the roadmap for and addressed three priorities which were particular actions stated: 1.) the rights 2.) the prevention 3.) the promotion justice. The Association SOS Helpline has been a women’s NGO in Slovenia, with 31 years of working. Associacion provide psychosocial support consisted of counseling and therapy services organized in individual and groupwork for survivors.
