Abstract:
The aims of the study are to ascertain the Lithuanian population’s attitudes towards gender roles in the family and society, and to reveal Lithuanian’s opinions about the situation of women in Lithuania. The study examines Lithuanian’s attitudes towards family, women’s and men’s work values; the public opinion about certain aspects of social policy; women’s involvement in government and politics.
