Women Political Leaders (WPL) - at the Lithuanian parliament building in Vilnius. The mission of the Women Political Leaders (WPL) Global Forum is to bring the highest number of women into politics and raise their autonomy in making decisions. Vilnius (Lithuania) in hosting the highest level international conference as Lithuania marks the centenary of the restoration of its statehood and 100th years since Lithuanian women received the right to vote.
