EVA: Share of women in leadership positions at an all-time high in Finland

Abstract:

FINNISH Business and Policy Forum (EVA) in February reported that the representation of women in the upper and middle management of companies, administration and organisations crept up by 0.7 percentage points to 37.5 per cent between 2019 and 2020. The representation is at an all time high, close to what can be considered the lower threshold for equality – 40 per cent.
