Abstract:
Women are still underrepresented in senior management, even though, according to the collective consciousness, women are considered to be more cooperative, creative, results-oriented and empathetic leaders, equality in leadership. Organizations are "living organisms" whose sustainable performance depends on people and their behavior. It is natural. The Leadership Training aims to help improve the ratios by presenting the entire toolkit of leadership and the components of authentic influence. This initiative is important for capacity building of women in leadership roles and decision-making positions.
