This is mostly related to the economic power domain because are focused on the women and their visibility in their profesional field, but they work around the three domains on their studies. In conclusion, the Net-power project aims to create a network between all institutions involved in reducing the gender gap, to facilitate the exchange of good practices across Europe. They do several activities: - Monitoring the situation of women in organisations, companies and actions to promote women in leadership positions and gender equality as a factor for innovation and growth; - Analysis of the general context of the situation of women in different countries participating in the project; - Highlighting initiatives that are being undertaken to reduce the gender gap; - Creating a permanent network of women's organisations that can inform and influence political and economic institutions. Starting from the organisations participating in the project we aim to get more and more memberships from other women's associations in other countries (joining the NGOs in the project: UWE, Finland, France, Italy, Romania); - Designing a website to be an easy and practical information tool for women's organisations in Europe; - Dissemination of the growing number of good practices among organisations involved in women's empowerment.
