Abstract:
Erste Bank Austria and its parent holding company, Erste Group, have launched several measures aimed at promoting internal networking among employees. At company level, a business breakfast for women takes place twice a year – the “WoMenBusiness Breakfast” . At Erste Group level, a group-wide women's network , the “Erste Women's Hub” was launched in Austria in 2014. The business breakfast for women is organized by the human resources department together with the family and women's committee in the works council. The two organizational units take turns in implementing the business breakfast in spring and autumn, but agree with each other on the choice of topic. As part of the business breakfast, keynote speeches on various topics are held, which form the framework for the subsequent networking activities over breakfast.
