Abstract:
Female factor is a global community for a new era of female leaders enabling them to be included in the decision-making processes by boosting confidence, competence & connections. The community provides female leaders with support through mentoring, networking and career programmes. In 2020 the connection started with companies such as Google, BCG, Mondi, Bank Austria. In 2021 the community launched Europe's first job platform matching female talents with inclusive companies. The 12 modules are focused on personal growth development, career training and upskilling, the program will help the person to figure out where she wants to go and how to get there. The programme will guide the person transform the dreams and career goals into practicle and feasable steps.
