  • Abstract:

The publicly accessible female supervisory board database supplements the well-founded training of "Future.Women". More than 830 highly qualified women are already registered in this database, which makes the search for female candidates for supervisory board positions much easier. The Ministry of Economic Affairs also accesses this database. The federal government's voluntary commitment to a women's quota in company supervisory bodies, which have a federal share of at least 50 percent, also helps to strengthen women in management positions. This is supported by the statutory anchoring of the quota for women on supervisory boards in companies with more than 1,000 employees.
