    The Zukunft.Frauen offers top female executives and entrepreneurs based in Austria a top-class platform for internal and external networking. They bring our competent alumnae in front of the curtain as the female pool for top positions in management as well as for supervisory and advisory boards. The funding program "Future.Women" is a joint initiative of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Economics (BMAW), the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKÖ) and the Federation of Austrian Industry (IV) and started for the first time on September 9, 2010. It is a mix of workshops and network building , mentoring programs and numerous opportunities to exchange experiences, and gives the graduates the necessary skills for their challenging areas of responsibility. The Club offers: networking - With events throughout Austria, it is created a far-reaching, functioning women's network to promote the exchange of opinions and ideas. The Future Women Alumnae Club enables its alumnae to engage in regular and informal exchange with personalities from the worlds of business, politics and culture, thus promoting empowerment and knowledge transfer; Dialogue - not only for the members, but also for the companies in which the alumnae work and which, by sending Future.Women course participants, make a not inconsiderable investment in high-calibre further training for their female key persons; events - various business formats at regular intervals, selected workshops as well as numerous business networking formats and an annual club trip for networking. Actually the club has 337 members and envolve 26 austrian companies.
