Abstract:
‘Women in Power’ aims to reduce the professional gap between men and women in executive positions. So it is related to the domain of economic power in business. They give, for example, didactic and training content of the course aimed at empowering women in the furniture, footwear and textile sectors will be offered free of charge through an online platform. The expected impact as a result of the results of this project, which includes the consolidated training methodology developed by all partners, will ultimately provide the development that women need to be allowed to promote their careers, also raising awareness about gender leadership education. It is expected that the effect of this project will affect women within or outside the business environment, including female entrepreneurs, academics and civil employees. The development of this project will contribute raising awareness among policy makers and stakeholders on the issue through workshops and dissemination of the project (press conferences, events, online materials and news), as well as giving space to possible legislative solutions.
