    Business Women Forum Romania (BWFR) is dedicated to supporting women from any management position, women who are entrepreneurs, business owners, NGO leaders, corporate managers and any ambitious women, to increase their business activity, promote themselves, enlarge their network and progress their know-how, by drawing inspiration from other successful businesses and women from all kinds of domains. Additionally, it is inspired to support women who are thinking of starting a business, during the startup process, be it now or in the near future. One of the projects developed by BWFR is "The Money Academy", in order to promove competences and skills and to share important financial information that will help every business woman, company manager, senior manager, entrepreneur, start-up & NGO, to better understand how the financial world works and how to approach it in a professional way. “The Money Academy“ provides participants in the program with the frame they need for any financial issue – fundraising, loans, allocating investors, project finance, negotiation of credit lines and more…all of these are essential topics for their business success. BWFR's Women's Leadership Program aims to instill greater confidence, improve women communication skills, influence their abilities, and cultivate the right leadership voice, enabling them to thrive in any business environment as a leader and a woman. Through experiential learning grounded in professional context, women will learn new techniques to make themselves empowered.
