    The EVE Program is the result of an original idea by DANONE, in partnership with other companies to tackle the problem of the progression of women within an organization. The program aims to improve women's leadership, and to promote individual development and collective performance. It is now recognized that diversity at the highest level goes hand in hand with the performance of the company. The EVE Program works on two levers: the individual and the organization. It aims to shape strong and inspiring individuals in order to bring change in the organization. The program focuses on personal development, afdressing the gender gap, and enhancing leadership skills. It also emphasizes social impact and features inspiring role models. An international program, designed by Danone and in partnership with L'Oréal, Orange, the La Poste group, SNCF, Crédit Agricole, KPMG and Société Générale. It includes the realization of workshops, seminars and debates. The EVE program is now running in three continents: Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa. The main target group are managers, women and men, who aspire to enlightened leadership and the ainm is to include 1/3 DG, 1/3 Directors, 1/3 senior managers, 40% International and 20% men. Since 2010, more than 4,600 women and men were envolved in this Program. More than 50 nationalities gathered in the community to share best practices and other areas of common interest.
