    BWFR is a Romanian non-profit organization made by women, operated by women and dedicated to women’s enrichment, support, and networking in the business arena. One of the activities developed - Women Leadership Program - aims to build capability and skills for emerging and aspiring female leaders across all sectors and industries in Romania, this very practical program - including case studies and real examples - will assist them to increase their skills and knowledge, enhance their understanding of effective leadership and engage them in a powerful, peer-oriented, shared learning experience. In fact, BWFR's women's leadership program will instill greater confidence, improve their communication skills, influence their abilities, and innate the right leadership voice, enabling them to thrive in any business environment as a leader and a woman. The goal of the Program is to support, guide, inform, and propel women to become the best leader. The program, exceptional leadership training, advice, and support from nationally and internationally recognized leaders originating from prestigious companies and the academic world. Through experiential learning grounded in their own professional context, women will learn powerful new techniques. Additionally, the program includes a personal practicum chapter where each student will apply the studied leadership ideas in her professional and personal life. The practicum is conducted with personal mentoring by the professional team of the course, aiming to help to bring the best version of the leader into real life.
