This plan aims to address a broad range of factors contributing to the underrepresentation of women in enterprise, with several objectives: - Objective 1: Increase the number of women-led established companies growing internationally - Objective 2: Increase the number of women in middle and senior management and leadership roles - Objective 3: Increase the number of women becoming entrepreneurs - Objective 4: Increase the number of women-led start-ups with high growth potential
