Abstract:
This report aims to show the situation of entrepeneurship in Ireland in different themes, like the gender one. This is very important for diferent reasons: - We can see the real situation of women in entrepeneurship - We can identify the difficulties that women have to start and maintance a business - We can use it to social awareness - We can use it to make changes in the future This is related to economic power of women, because it is focused on entrepeneurship. In fact, they show us that: -More women than men are inhibited from starting a business by their fear of failure - More men than women perceive opportunities to start a business in Ireland - More men than women feel confident in their skills and knowledge to start a business - More female than male early stage entrepreneurs have remained longer in the educational system
