Abstract:
This award is promoted by PaRiter, a non-profit organization that promotes human rights and the culture of non-violence, including feminist themes. It is a practice linked to the promotion of women's social power in the media. The award is intended for women journalists who have contributed to improve the positions of women in journalism throughout the year. The prize was awarded at the end of 2022, by a consortium made up of experts in the field of gender equality and a group of volunteers with prior training in media literacy and education for gender equality, who participated, in a supported way, in the process selection.
