Abstract:
MUJER AVANZA RURAL is a programme made with the purpose of education and training of women living in the rural environment of the provinces where the project is to be developed, as a key to Improve their employability both self-employed and employed. The aim of the training itineraries that are carried out with women, will seek access to or maintenance of self-employment and employment, and take into account the profiles of the more vulnerable, always based on equality between men and women. The project seeks: to improve the employability conditions of rural women; to facilitate pre-training and strengthening transversal skills, as well as information on the labor market, employment services and training systems; to promote training for employment by beneficiary women, as well as the accreditation of their training, experience and skills; to ensure to the participating rural women specialized training in the creation and management of micro-enterprises.
