Abstract:
The AMMDE Awards are created in order to recognize and make visible the work of women who contribute from their field of activity to full and effective gender equality, and who are a reference and inspiration for other women and for society in general. So they are intended to women who contribute from their field of activity to full and effective gender equality. This is related with the social power because AMMDE intends, through the public recognition of these awards, show social references, which serve as an example to encourage leadership women and their access to managerial positions from various professional profiles. They are two typo of mentions: 1.The Reference Woman in her professional field. They evaluate the degree of knowledge that exists about their activity or trajectory, their ability to influence their sector and to be a model for other women, as well as overcoming obstacles or barriers you have had to face and the projects you have carried out carried out with greater impact. 2.- Professional Career of Women. They evaluate their achievements, the path traveled and its facets that are especially noteworthy in the social field employment, as well as their opportunities for professional promotion and the ability to inspire other women to advance and improve in the development of their own trajectories.
