Abstract:
Inspiring Mentor is the programme that was created by the Young Women Network in 2016 to support personal and professional development of young talents, thanks to the collaboration of managers and professionals who make their time and skills available in a structured path with the own Mentee. The edition in 2023 is the 8th. There are now 220 couples of Mentor and Mentee. Men and women can apply to get mentoring by specialised mentors
