Abstract:

LEADS promotes and implements the "LEADS" Award - Women Leaders in Health. The Programme aims to contribute to cultural transformation by assigning awards to associations, i.e. public and private bodies that have been engaged in promoting positive actions to support women's leadership and empowerment. "LEADS" awards are also intended for public and private bodies that have ensured a high number of women in leading positions, as contemplated by Goal 5 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
