It is not an action of diffusion or massive impact but of concentration of efforts on a very specific profile of people to whom they are provided intensive and specific support that contributes to their professional development and promotion. Thus, the 28 seminars, 28 workshops and 196 tutoring actions carried out 26 should favor the construction of future female references in the business world and specifically, in their spheres of decision, with the positive impact that this will have on equality between women and men in the workplace and business.
