Abstract:
This event, with an annual frequency, was launched in 2016 by the media company "Executiva" and aims to bring together in an annual day people interested in the topic of gender equality in a business context. This national event aims to discuss women's leadership and the challenges of making a career in the feminine field. Exemplary cases of women's leadership and cases of companies with good practices in promoting equal opportunities are publicized The 2023 Conference themes developed were empowerment and networking, education and training highlighting female speakers in leadership positions and/or men who are committed to inclusion goals.
