Abstract:
This project consists of teaching a leadership course for women in sport that allows them to play different roles and diverse positions in the world of sport in a range of situations that range from the educational aspect with schoolchildren to the exercise of sport on a professional basis. In general, the course was raised with the aim of providing women with selected the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to be able to perform leadership positions in the different aspects of the world of sport.
