Abstract:
It is an event promoted and organised by Elena Bonetti, member of the Italian Parliament, and Comin & Partners. Mrs Bonetti was Minister for the equal opportunities and family in the Italian Governments guided by Conte II and then Draghi. È stata ministra per le pari opportunità e la famiglia nei governi Conte II e Draghi. The event was taken in March 2023, 21st at the Italian Parliament (Camera dei Deputati) on the gender equality within private businesses and in political affairs 75 years after women entered the Italian Parliament. Issues discussed cover the following: gender gap in politics and businesses, benefits, also economic ones, to certify gender equity, inclusion of women that promotes innovation and is highly profitable, public tools that can redress unbalances.
