Abstract:
The Women on Board Project is part of the "Equality Plan of Bologna Town". It is promoted by Manageritalia ER Manager 3D and Minerva Group of Federmanager Bologna-Ferrara-Ravenna in cooperation with Hub Foundation Emilia Romagna and the Italian Association of HR (Human resouces) Managers and Professionals (AIDP) in the Emilia Romagna Region. The Project addresses women who want to enter positions of responsibility in public and private companies and corporations. The aim is to reduce the gender gap in the boards of directors. The Project develops through a training course for women consisting of 5 meetings that end with the delivery of attendance certificates. The course provides participants with skills and competencies that enable them to enter roles and positions on the boards of public and private companies.
