Mentor Her is a worldwide platform, connecting female Mentors and Mentees around the world to excel careers, launch and grow businesses, help mothers find their balance and help all women feel better about who they are and where they're going. The mentoring is related to economic power because it is helpful to improve the business and manage them. It works on different topics: Career and Corporate; Grow your Business; Self-Development. Mentors meet with their Mentee once a week for six-weeks privately in online software and it is supported with weekly material, workshops, networking calls, online community and in-person events. The six-week program starts on specific start dates and runs throughout the year. The Mentor/Mentee Matches into four categories on the program: Beginning a Business; Growing a Business; Growing a Career; Moving to Leadership.
