    Banco Santander has strengthened its commitment to promoting women's leadership through the launch of new editions of the Santander W50 and Santander Emerging Leaders scholarships, part of the broader Santander Women Scholarships initiative. These programs aim to accelerate the professional advancement of women by providing world-class leadership training and opportunities for personal and career growth. The Santander W50 Scholarship is a high-performance, in-person training program specifically designed for 50 women in senior management positions. It is offered in collaboration with the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE), which is responsible for the development and delivery of the training. The program equips participants with advanced leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the tools necessary to further succeed in top-level executive roles. The Santander Emerging Leaders program is offered in an online format and targets mid-level managers, helping them develop their leadership potential as they prepare for higher management positions.
