Abstract:
HeForShe is an international movement for a global effort for Gender Equality, and is part of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals 2030. This documentis a manual "Emerging solutions 2018", where a set of solutions for balanced leadership is reported. The organization in Lisbon collected data from companies AccorHotels, Barclays, BNP Paribas, McKinsey & Company and indicate how in their organizations reduce gender gap.
