Abstract:
This plan is directly related to the promotion of women’s social power, namely, in decision-making processes in research and innovation. One of the main objectives is to increase the participation of women in research and innovation in Cyprus, which includes supporting their participation in decision-making processes. By promoting the participation of women in research and innovation through targeted funding schemes and awareness-raising initiatives, the plan aims to ensure that women have equal opportunities to contribute to decision-making processes in these fields. Additionally, the plan aims to support the career development and advancement of women in research and innovation, which includes providing them with opportunities to participate in decision-making processes and take on leadership roles. Furthermore, the plan promotes gender equality in research and innovation policies and practices, which can help to remove barriers that may prevent women from participating in decision-making processes.
