    Professional Women’s Network Romania is part of PWN Global – a dynamic fast-growing offline and online network and leadership development platform for professional women from various sectors and industries. It has more than 3,500 members of over 90 nationalities. This volunteer-led organization hosts over 600 events per year in 24 different cities. Founded in 2011,PWN Romania is a young and dynamic association, bringing together members from all over Romania from over 20 industries. Focusing on three strong pillars – Mentoring, Entrepreneurship, Women on Boards – that is why Professional Women’s Network Romania has invested knowledge in three main areas: Networking - PWN Romania members have direct access to the entire global database comprising over 3,000 women professional women, freelancers, entrepreneurs or working in the corporate environment: contact information, industry, company etc; Knowledge - the members have access to programs designed solely for them, both locally and internationally, seminars and webinars organized by PWN Global and other City Networks, and access exclusively programs Women On Boards Academy & The Entrepreneur’s Toolkit; Personal Development - PWN Romania members have the opportunity to participate as a mentee or as a mentor in the Mentoring programs organized both locally and internationally; they have access to a broad range of best practice information on topics including career management and a diversity of related issues and interviews operated by Think Tank with senior executives, seeking to promote and improve the economic power of women by trusting in their own projects. For that, the mentoring activity is a developmental partnership in which a person with relevant knowledge and experience (a mentor) shares knowledge and skills in order to support other people (a mentee) in their personal and professional development.
