Abstract:
"Actions Positives" (Positive Actions) is a program from the Luxembourg Ministry for Equality to partnering with employers and employees to promote an inclusive economy and more equal society. The program helps companies promoting equality in three axis: - treatment (recruitment, salary and qualifications) - decision-making (access, trainning and decision making) - work-life balance (maternity leave, work planning and work-life satisfaction) The target groups are Companies and its employees. The main outcomes of this Program are: testimonies, news, trainning materials, actions points and starter kit, funding, establisment of a network community.
