Abstract:
AIM: Numerous studies, little known in France, demonstrate that gender diversity is a performance issue and a growth lever. However, in France, if many laws have favored advances in this domain, none has made it possible to ensure real equality between women and men in the professional world. To remedy this, it is necessary to continue the sharing of power and inclusion real women, accompanying the transformation of society. It is review the management of the absence time as of presence, to manage the routes professionals differently, and to fight against stereotypes from school. By elsewhere, responsibility for all actors is necessary, because nothing is ever acquired in matters of gender equality. Managers, administration directors, and politicians, all must be involved, under the vigilance of civil society. Hence the importance of implementing measurement, control, and transparency tools
