Abstract:
The Women in/to Leadership (WIL)is a Deloitte Luxembourg initiative. Aims to create a growing network of strong and connected professionals who are committed and passionate about attracting and retaining female professionals, and promoting women to leadership positions. This initiative is connected to the PROPEGE objectives in particular to the economic power domain. Thrre main domains are included: INSPIRING - Bringing men and women together to share inspiring experiences, ideas and models to help women navigate the challenges of their professional and private lives, develop and leverage their skills, and step into roles of greater influence; CONNECTING -Providing the opportunity for women of all grades and service lines to come together, grow their network internally and externally, learn from experts, and discuss relevant topics to help them achieve their professional goals; EMPOWERING - Helping women grow and trust their soft and hard skills, learn from successful leaders and mentors, and gain the required tools and inspiration to take the next step in their career to become confident and effective leaders. The activities integrating this initiative are: Mentorship Program; Workshops; Videos and podcasts; Training; Celebrating International Women's Day; Networking events.
