Abstract:
The Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities organized a seminar “Online While Female: The Disproportionate Risks Females Face Online - And What the Media Can Do To Change It”. The aim of the seminar was to improve the knowledge and awareness about the importance of gender-sensitive approach while reporting of the it. Set of recommendations for journalists and media professionals will be prepared to address the issue of safety on the internet from a gender-perspective.
